Konecta, winner in six categories at the Iberdrola Telemarketing Awards
Madrid, 25 March 2024. Konecta was one of the big winners at Iberdrola’s fourth annual Call Talent gala at the Telemarketing Awards, winning awards in six categories.
The awards ceremony, which recognizes the work of telemarketing providers that collaborated with Iberdrola throughout 2023, took place at the company's Innovation and Training Campus, located in San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid). The presentations was made by well-known Telemadrid journalist Aran Santos, along with Sandra Garcia and David Antón from Iberdrola’s Telemarketing team, who opened the gala by introducing Alfonso Calderón, Sales Director of Iberdrola España.
Konecta not only won second place in the highly competitive Best Telemarketing Provider 2023 Award but performed outstandingly in five other categories: Highest Sales Volume 2023 (Gold), Highest Number of Hours (Gold), Best Database Leverage (Gold), Highest Achievement of Sales Targets (Bronze) and Best Sales Ratio per Hour (Bronze).
Receiving the awards, Enrique García Gullón, CEO of Konecta Iberia, highlighted Konecta’s objective “to reinvent customer service and contribute as much as possible to the industry, remaining at the forefront of the sector and offering our customers innovation and professionalism, through technology and the efforts of our collaborators.”
Maitane Anguiano, Head of Customer Service at Iberdrola España, was in charge of closing the gala along with the company's Telemarketing team (Óscar Pascual, José Manuel Sesa, Mayka Blázquez, David Antón and Sandra Garcia).
